Catching up with cards- post 1
I just realized I have a bunch of cards I have not posted to show you. I have the cards from my June birthday card class in this post, I had class a couple of weeks ago and I think these were all a big hit. I didn't hear any groaning at least.
This card is blackberry bliss with the sale a bration designer series paper. The stamp set is Attention Shoppers. I cut the pieces with the everyday arches dies. You just hang the die off the end of the paper so it doesn't cut the whole thing out. Then line the die up and hang just a smidge over the end and cut just that little bit. That will make the folded edge side rounded, I did a video on this card a few weeks ago. You can see it on here, on YouTube,
This card is made by punching different sized holes in a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4" piece oof white. You layer the dsp behind the holes and adhere it to the front of the card. The Happy Birthday is a really old die Stampin' UP! used to have.
This card uses the Boho Vibes 6 x 6 paper and the softt waves embossing folder. You glue the paper strips and the beige rectangle to the cajun craze layer and then emboss all of it together. The sentiment comes from the Simply Said set.
This card takes a little longer to make because all the flowers are two step stamping and a whole lot of colors!! This might have been the favorite though, It used the Spring Corners set and the Impressions Abloom.
This was it for class. Now I'm prepping all occasion cards for the July class.
