I've been seeing this style of card around on my Pinterest feed and though it would be a good time to try it out.  Most of them are HAPPY but for Christmas I switched it up to MERRY.  Oh, it just hit me that it could be HAPPY Holidays!!  DUH!  I kept saying you could do Happy Birthday, guess the mind sometimes takes a couple of days to get up to full speed!  All you really need to create this is a large alphabet die set and some patterned paper.  From there, spell out whatever fits on your card or scrapbook page.  I stuck with MERRY Christmas for the video.  You can see the tutorial here, on YouTube.
