December 2019 PP Alternate 4

This card uses minimal supplies outside of the kit. A great layout for using it up. You can use some of the gold foil elements on this one too for a little fancier look.

you want to fold the cover of the flowered base backwards. So that the flowers and the terracota tile are on the inside.

Then fold the flowered piece in half so the flowers are showing on the outside.

You will possibly notice that the flowers are upside down. If that bothers you then you can just flip it so the flowers are upside right and the card will open the other direction. You can also put the flowers at the top of the card so it is a landscape style card and opens up.

You'll need one layer for this card.
4 x 21/4 piece of terracotta tile
33/4 x 2 piece of whisper white

using crushed curry ink and the polka dots from the basic patterns masks, ink up the whisper white by sponging or brushing the color across the mask. The more ink you put on some of the dots the more of a variation in color you'll get.

After the dots, you'll just stamp a sentiment in shaded spruce. I used an old PP stamp set that I knew my girls had.

Put the ribbon around the white layer and adhere that to the terracotta tile and then adhere that to the card front. If you are having the card open upward then you will of course adhere this layer horizontal and glue at the top of the layer vs the side.

To finish it off I put the little flowers from the stamp set in the corner using the terracotta tile ink.
