This card starts with a Petal Pink A2 cardbase (5.5 x 11 folded at 4.25)
use one of the scalloped layers with the faint coloring on it. (it is supposed to look like that)
Stamp the flower image on it in petal pink. You can line it up by putting the leaves over the green areas on the paper.
I also added a petal pink stem from the stamps in the kit.
Using the largest stitched circle die, cut out the flower.
Glue the scalloped layer with the hole in it onto the petal pink base.
Put dimensionals on the back of the flower you cut out and place it back into the hole so that it lines up with the original image.
I stamped "celebrate" from the free SAB set Happy Birthday To You on one of the foil edged tags from the kit in petal pink.
I popped that up with a dimensional up toward the top.
I finished it off with a bow made from the petal pink organdy striped ribbon.
I think adding some sequins or enamel dots would look pretty on here too.
