I made this fun fold on my weekly live tonight and used the Mediterranean Blooms paper. I am showing off all the papers on sale this month and started tonight. I needed some time to get some kits built up so I was more at ease and not tied to designing a video every day. I have 6 ready to go!!
As you probably know by now. I make some alternate ideas each month with my Paper Pumpkin kits and then video them. I put them out on my GreenThumb Stampers Facebook page in an album. If you didn't know I did that then I'll say that you can find them there and then click on media and albums. You can find all the months that I have done right there. I hope they provide some inspiration to crafters who might want to do a little something different with their kits.
Not all kits need alternate ideas. July is a perfect example of that. I think that might have to be my all time favorite kit, EVER. Each month I do try and not go outside of the box too much. I like to keep my alternates basic for the people who only get one kit and might not have a craftroom full of supplies. This month I kept it uber simple. I used just the cards in the kit and cardstock. Oh, I did cut a hole with a die, but that could be done without the die. Below are the alternates I did for the July kit. You can see the videos with the links I added (they should be showing up as orange words). The second image uses the envelope for the inside. They are gorgeous too so you can skip that step and save them for mailing. I offer an alternate idea in the video, The last photo is a storage box I made from the actual PP box. That video is hard to follow because my bloopers had to be edited and made it confusing I feel. So, if you need help with those directions don't hesitate to ask.

This version of the slide lock opened top to bottom vs to the side. I don't use a lot of purple and it really came out nice. You can see the video instructions for this card on my FB page: https://fb.watch/tLRDQvgRpo/
I sure wish this bundle came with a die for the "celebrate" in the set but it isn't too bad to cut out. This was the last of the cards they made in class. This one is quite easy and some even dragged a white pad over the snowflake embossing for an added element to the look.
This card used the candles and the leaf die cut to make a centerpiece. I think it turned out really neat. I might suggest cutting all the candles out so you can arrange the leaves in the back of the wreath easier. Attach them to the candle and then glue the back two candles flat. I stamped on the card front and then it was harder to have to trim the greenery to appear as if it was behind the candles.
this patterned paper is such a great pack. I am so glad they carried it over!!
This card featured the snowflakes on vellum paper.
