I post my photos in my newsletter and Pinterest usually, so I feel it is sometimes overkill to also post them here!  I'm trying this time to put them in a blog post vs individual card posts.  I guess I do need to let you all know that I am here and still active though!  My newsletter ends up to be more of a blog post for me since I talk about what's going on or what's on my mind there.  I could do all that here, but I don't think I have a way to email the post out!!  I'm not quite sophisticated enough for all that!  I do love that I can make my tutorial instructions here and still be able to reach out with my creations.  I'll just keep on keepin' on with what I'm doing!!

These photos are the Heron Habitat stamp set that was picked for the July stamp of the month.  I offer a nice discount on the bundle so most everyone got that.  I created these designs and then they come over and have a free class to put them together.  I need to make videos with the cards too so those that get the packets know what to make!!  I hope you are all enjoying summer.  It's so hard to believe we are almost to August and school will be starting again.  Not that I have any kids in school anymore, NOT EVEN COLLEGE!!  Yay for them both completing their degrees!  

So, here are the cards I created.  I hope they inspire you to ink up your stamps and make your own!  The last one is from the Stamp A Stack we did after the Heron class and I used the bird.  I thought I'd share that as another idea as long as I had it.  Take care friends!!

This card uses a masking technique to make the colored strip just down the center. I used the Splendid Thoughts bundle and coordinating dsp called Splendid Day 12 x 12

This might be called a double Z fold or a pleated side fold or just plain ole fun fold?

This was another adaption of the sketch challenge from Crystal Minkler I did on my monthly Christmas video. I have this one opening up at the half way point. Inside the lower portion is a pocket. It is a it large for a gift card but would certainly hold cash folded in half or possibly a candy bar!!

I took the same design I used for my May Christmas card and created a graduation card. Since we were going to her party I didn't need to put it in an envelope, it was a much cuter presentation! I did make a belly band for it though, for a more secure closer since it had cash inside.

This card was created for #byshcsketchchallenge22 and I used it for my monthly video I do on the 25th. I love how it turned out.

I cut a circle out of a card layer and placed that down on the base. I stamped the wave into the space the circle came from. Then blend ink around in the circle. When you take up the mask the stamping and blending shows up. Very pretty technique. I cut the boat from the Sailing Home coordinating die set called Smooth Sailing.
