I created this card for an upcoming birthday while I had borrowed the Let It Ride stamp set. The Birch i stamped in early espresso on water color paper then I lightly dragged my water painter across it to muddy up the ink. The horse is colored and mounted up on a vellum circle. The sentiment is heat embossed too.
I used the Let It Ride stamp set from Stampin' UP! along with the layering designs vellum, vellum squares and expressions in ink ephemera. The base is basic grey and I colored the horse with the smoky slate blends and used the lifter to try and create the spots on it. The horse is fussy cut because I borrowed this set and didn't know there were dies to use too! I made this for my friends birthday.
This card is a little stepped up from the others I did in the live. It is still pretty straight forward, but uses some bleach in a water painter that brings it to that next level.
